How we work with you, step by step.
Most matters follow the same path: you describe the need, we quote, we draft or review, you sign. Here is what that looks like in practice.
Typical Engagement
From first message to finished document.
You reach out
Use the contact form, email, or phone. Tell us what document you need or what agreement you are about to sign. Attach the draft if you have one.
We clarify scope and quote
We may ask a few follow-up questions by email or on a short call. Then we send a flat fee or fee range and an estimated turnaround. Representation starts with a signed retainer agreement.
We draft or review
For new documents, you receive a draft for comment. For reviews, you receive marked-up comments and a summary of issues. We revise based on your feedback.
You execute
When the language is right, you sign with the other party. We can advise on execution formalities. We do not provide notary services unless arranged separately.
Flat fees
Most routine contracts and reviews are quoted at a flat fee. Complex or open-ended work may be hourly with a budget cap.
